A mixed-fermentation farmhouse ale finished with local blueberries. hopped with chinook. east kent geldings & the falconers flight hop blend. soured in our horizontal lento tank, slowly fermented & aged in stainless with a blend of farmhouse ale yeasts & our house strain of brettanomyces brUxellensis, then aged further on 600 pounds of northern neck. va blueberries.

4 oz pour on draft at Bluejacket, thanks to some buddy who got it - Donnie, Jason, whomever. Poured a light purple-reddish orange color with a small white head. Pretty much clear. Aroma was blueberry. Light funky peppery notes. Mild tartness.

4 oz pour on draft at Bluejacket, pre-Snallygaster. Clear reddish orange with off-white head. Aromas of berries. Tastes of berries, light tartness. Light body with a dry finish.

Draft at the source. Cloudy reddish amber color, please see pic. Aroma of lightly funky blueberry. Taste is softly sour blueberry and citrus. Decent.
