Blackjack is our stout brewed with pumpkins grown and roasted on our family's farm. We brew this beer in the fall after harvest and then let it rest for 12 months in Heaven Hill Bourbon and Great Lakes Pumpkin Whiskey barrels. The result is a robust stout, layered with subtle vanilla and toffee notes, and a hint of pumpkin. Truly a treat!

6 oz draft. Aroma is light roast with a good amount of Heaven hill bourbon. The flavor has a little bit of nutmeg and a little bit of vanilla followed by a good amount of heaven Hill bourbon. Gourd is pretty hidden. Alcohol is more apparent here. . 7.4/10.
