It all started when we met with the guys from @alebox_brewshop to brew a refreshing, summery recipe.
After our seminar on “How to brew with the Kettle Sour method” and the success of our first recipe, we decided to try and bring the beer to everyone who was asking for more of it!
So, we traveled to Heraklion, Crete and together with the crew at @solocretancraftbeer we laid the plan for our first collaborative beer:

Hazy, Pinky color and a pinky-white head. Restrained, fine nose of Raspberry. Tart, smooth mouthfeeling. Raspberry and Lemon. Yuzu-zesty bitterness and a slightly salty Finish.
