A beery ode to ANZAC biscuits - oats, golden syrup, toasted coconut, plus actual ANZAC biscuits are blended in perfect harmony with suitably Antipodean hops, Eclipse and Rakau leaving fruity, citrus tones all over the place.

NOTE: Hops changed for 2025, previously used Topaz and Motueka.

Can from Appellation Wines.
Appearance - amber with a fluffy beige head.
Nose - biscuits, ginger and generally cakey. A little dried orange lurking.
Taste - more of the same. Sweet cake and biscuit.
Palate - medium bodied and a bit sweet with a sweet malty finish.
Overall - decent.

From cask at The Bow Bar, Edinburgh. Soft apricot and biscuity malt, some caramel, ripe fruit, hint of coconut. Moderate bitter, light sweetish. Very nice, has plenty going on.
