This red IPA comes out just once a year featuring local wet hops (fresh picked) from Four Star Farm in Northfield MA. 100% hopped with cascade hops this beer boasts aromas of candied oranges and rose blossoms. Bright red color with medium carbonation. Flavors of meyer lemons soaked in maple syrup and a kiss of spice are balanced in this soft easy drinking seasonal special.

Classic wet hop pale ale with soft pepper and mild spice. Light honey and white bread from malt. Little/no toast. Good fruitiness.
Nice and malty with plentiful base malt and only a pinch of caramel and a hint of toast. Peppery, gently fruity hops and clean, fresh yeast.
