Sample at RBSG PGH 2016. Clear golden color, champagne bubbles. Aroma of apple skins. Taste is fruit and light tannins. Not bad.

Bottle from Waitrose, drunk at home. Clear gold with bubbles rising but no head. A slightly sour apple aroma. I like the apple flavour in this. It’s different. Some apple pie flavour. Distinctive and quite attractive. Even a bite of tannin on the gums. Dryish finish. Quite impressed. Easy drinking but with enough character to make it interesting. I’d certainly have it again as a thirst quencher. Quite parching really for a supermarket cider. Definitely drying. Tasty.
