Barrel-Aged Chocolate Milk Stout is an imperial milk stout rested on cocoa nibs and aged for over a year in bourbon barrels. This limited release is available as part of our Fall ’25 Barrel-Aged Neapolitan Mix Pack.
A little history on the Neapolitan—traditionally a combination of chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry flavors, side by side in the same container. First appearing as ice cream in the 19th century, it has now inspired our limited Neapolitan Barrel-Aged Mix Pack. Delicious on their own, this trio of decadent barrel-aged beers is designed for flavor pairing and exploration.

Bottle, 2025 vintage. Rich chocolate brownie aroma with notes of lactose sugar, roasted malt, vanilla, oak and bourbon. Pours deep brown with a thin mocha brown head that has little retention and very little lacing. Starts with rich chocolate brownie, lactose sugar and roasted malt flavors as well as having a rich, full body and silky smooth mouthfeel. Finishes impeccably smooth with vanilla, oak and bourbon flavors. Excellent and as advertised.
