On tap at WBF 2025, pours jet black with a small tan head. Aroma is full of rich dark dried fruits, bourbon barrels, and bready caramel. Flavour is complex and elegant, with lots of dark dried fruits, amburana-type woodiness, bourbon, and deep dry toasted malt. The body is surprisingly light and dry considering how complex the malts are and how expressive the barrels are. This is wonderful.

On tap at Warsaw Beer Festival 2025. Pours black with a beige head. Tons of bourbon barrels, roasty malts, and vanilla beans on the nose. Flavour has a big hit of bourbon barrels and vanilla beans layered on top of a solid malt base. This is very well-executed with all components integrated well.
