A British pub Ale fermented with a famous English pale ale yeast. Intensely malty, from the landrace malt Chevalier, also British. Hopped with English Challenger and East Kent (EKG). Cereal grains and honey drip with black tea, berry and earthy notes. Full flavored with mellow bitterness. Flavors linger.

Malty, fruity, earthy, good mineral and interesting yeast. Light herb, earth, pepper from the hops. Clean, bright, fruity.
Malty, though drying out with lots of bread crust. Red fruits, lots of pepper and mineral. Softening as it warms/breathes. Very vibrant, bright and polished/well-executed.
