Have you ever wondered what it’s like to be a Belgian monk, toiling away over a hot kettle, shoveling steaming piles of grain out of a hot mash tun, covered in yeast and malt dust, dripping sweat out of every pore to make delicious beer for the hard working citizens of Flanders? Sounds rough, but you know what makes it all worthwhile? The only beer you’re allowed to drink at the end of your day just happens to be delicious, dry and refreshing, just like the one in this can!
Tasting Notes
This patersbier pours a pale lemon topped with a thick white head. Along with an aroma of crackers and subtle lemon, Westetobicoken has all the flavours of a traditional, crushable Belgian ale with a refreshing effervescence, with thanks to some extended can-conditioning.

Can from the brewery. Pours a nice blonde with thick white head that sticks around. Taste is light biscuit malts, vague citrus, light esters, with a mild bitterness in the finish. Honestly this is a great beer. Well done Great Lakes
