Inspired by some of our favorite beers from the Badger State, Beautiful Science was brewed exclusively with Wisconsin-grown ingredients, including malted barley, wheat, corn, and a blend of Cascade and Saaz hops. It is seriously soft, yet zippy, with rustic notes of citrus zest and midwestern grain fields.

Aromas our cereal, citrus and hints of barnyard. Flavors are similar to and much better than nose. Citrus resolves into grapefruit hops. Hints of the barnyard are still there though. Hey - Wisconsin. Finish follows flavors and is slightly more sweet than bitter with soft carbonation.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear gold with a large but transient foamy white head. Aroma is hard to parse - it's not complicated - I just can't place the pieces. Seems somewhat citrusy. Med body. Fairly dry. Soft carbonation. Saaz bitterness, but not strong. Well, it is a blonde ale.

Golden with a large white head that faded quickly. Grainy with cooked rice, perfume and cracker. Medium finish and body.
