In the Groningen beer scene, there’s been a real game of musical chairs going on. A brewer from Baxbier went to Bermuda, a brewer from Martinus joined Baxbier, then a brewer from Folkingebrew joined Baxbier, and yet another Baxbier brewer temporarily went to Bermuda. Still following? To make things even more fun, we brought all these heads together for this fantastic collab.
The result: a silky-smooth New Zealand IPA packed with some of the finest hops you can get right now — Nectaron, Motueka, Riwaka, and Rakau. Bursting with flavors and aromas of citrus, nectarines and other stone fruits, gooseberries, and fresh lime. At ‘only’ 7.2%, it’s also surprisingly drinkable.

Keg at If It Ain't Dutch. Hazy orange. Thin foamy white head. Sweet citrus and a light vinous and herbal element. Medium bitter with light sourness. Underlying porridge. Medium bodied. Soft-flat carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Enjoyable not overpowering stuff.

On tap at In de Wildeman, Amsterdam on 27th November 2025. Opaque yellow gold with shallowing off-white foam and scent lacing. Inviting, zesty peel aroma. Grapefruit, tangerine and citrus peel in-mouth. Smoky spices, and a rounded, yet smoky citrus finish. Medium bodied with a zingy mouthfeel.
