Enjoyed straight from the bottle. Fermented apples, industrial yeast traces. Elderberries. Mint. Light sweet & sour. Just another tick.

330ml bottle from Possmann, Frankfurt. Pours a very pale green, moderate carbonation. Didn't realise it was made with mint and elderflower at the time, I tasted more cucumber and apple laces.. not as bad as feared.. a fairly sweet green apple fruit base.. but still a bit off kilter.
