A hazy yellow pour, the aroma opens with passionfruit, lime, and a fruit salad (strawberry, apple, and banana with lemon juice) lifted by a touch of fresh herbs.
On the palate it drinks with ease; round yet light, bursting with citrus and herbal character. A grassy edge carries into a refreshing, balanced bitterness that lingers on.

Dorée sur léger voile, col léger crémeux blanc tenace.
Arôme sur un bouquet d'abricot fermenté, pointe herbacé rappelant le thym, petite touche de résine, douceur fruitée en support rétro-nasal.
Palais est assez épais avec un support houblonné bien fruité - le Rakau et Strata font l'effet. Je trouve le tout encore une fois trop sur le haze. Léger effet abricot, petite note de pin avec une note épicée, fruits à noyaux reviennent aussi en retrait.
