Crafted with a one-of-a-kind yeast. On the island of Réunion, a wild yellow flower blooms in the highlands of the Plaine des Cafres. In August 2023, Brasserie Dalons / Dalons Labs, in collaboration with WHC, isolated an indigenous yeast strain from this flower – known as Fleur Jaune.
We at Stepping Stone have been fortunate to brew with this unique yeast, Dalons Yellow Flower, in close partnership with Brasserie Dalons and WHC Labs. It delivers an intensely aromatic profile, with notes of flowers, tropical fruits, and a hint of honey, making it the perfect companion for this Hazy IPA.

Hotside hops:
Krush & Cryo POP

Coldside hops:
Nectaron, El Dorado, Idaho7 & Citra

On tap at Haandfest. Lightly citrusy and tropical, but mostly flowery. Assume that's the hops and not the yeast. Gentle malty touch, and a decent bitterness. Nice, but too flowery for me. 646413 260509
