Symbiosis of wine and beer. This hybrid of beer and wine is a blend of natural wine made from Riesling grapes, from Weingut Rebenhof in Germany, and fresh elderflower lambic. We blended the Riesling grapes’ with fruity, herbal and floral notes, and the floral and citrus notes of the elderflower, with the complex, tart and funky profile of the lambics into a harmony of flavors.
