This beer is a blend of two different base gerstes that matured in barrels for about 22 months. After fermenting and maturing it was transferred onto a nice bit of white Cambodian Kampot peppercorns and macerated for a couple of months. Bottled on the 28th of August 2025.

Taster from 0,75l bottle at Wild Festival Groningen Session 2. Tastes peppery, herbal, white pepper, bit citric. Interesting, very nice one. 8.1
