This beer is a blend of two different base gerstes that matured in barrels for about 22 months. After fermenting and maturing it was transferred onto a nice bit of white Cambodian Kampot peppercorns and macerated for a couple of months. Bottled on the 28th of August 2025.

Bottle. Thanx, Mark! Color: Hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Fruity berries, herbal. Taste: Fruity white berries, citrus fruit, herbal, lightly spicy, some white pepper, moderate to over moderate tartness, quite smooth mouthfeel. Hints of oak wood, vinuous hints. Medium body, below average carbonation. Nicely balanced. Very refreshing on a hot summery day. Great.

Taster from 0,75l bottle at Wild Festival Groningen Session 2. Tastes peppery, herbal, white pepper, bit citric. Interesting, very nice one. 8.1
