Symbiosis of wine and beer. This hybrid of beer and wine is a blend of natural wine made from Riesling grapes, from Weingut Rebenhof in Germany, and Peach lambic. We blended the Riesling grapes’ with fruity, floral notes, and the sweet character of the peaches, with the complex, tart and funky profile of the lambics into a harmony of flavors.

Taster from 0,75l bottle at Wild Festival Groningen Session 3. Tastes peaches, jammy, marzipan, rather juicy. Very nice balance, great to drink. 8.3
