In this new iteration of our Mičelada Tomato Gose, inspired by the Mexican beer cocktail Michelada with lime and hot sauce, we were moved by yet another famous Mexican drink - the refreshing summer cocktail Paloma, and to be precise, its variation with mezcal instead of traditional tequila. To our slightly smoked (as if it were authentic, smoky mezcal) tomato base, we added pink grapefruit juice, bright limes, as well as smoked chipotle peppers and Yellow Lantern hot pepper sauce. The taste of endless Mexican summer in your glass!
