Blended from a variety of barrels filled over the winter of 2020/2021, Tutti was refermented on over 500 lbs. of wild Maine blueberries along with 150 lbs. of Marionberries. All of the blending components were 100% spontaneously fermented and inoculated by native microflora during an overnight rest in our coolship.

Smells like poopy blueberry; absolutely divine. Big funk with peppery skin and no big/sharp acidity. Wheat, soft barrel and round, seedy, juicy marionberry on the finish. Jammy but not sweet, with notes of vanilla and more funk lingering.
Nice and dry without any big acid or sugar. Juicy berry with a lighter body. Soft and pleasingly tart with wheat and nutty oak. Super refreshing and drinkable. Hard to believe it's all spontaneous sour ale, as it drinks so easy.
