Brewery draught, 11/12/25, as pictured.
Soft and fruity with big yeast esters and moderate tropical fruit. Chalky mineral, mangoes and oranges. White bread gently balances the seeming low acidity.
Earthy, chalky, woody, bit buttery with a chewy, fruity heavily estery yeastiness. Medium body, good attenuation. Lots of Citra and low but not absent bitterness. Diacetyl almost pleasant here...
