Brewery draught 11/12/25, as pictured.
Earthy, chalky elderberry without much acid. Biscuit and white bread malt. Not getting at the yeast too well but at least it's nothing crude.
Big elderberry but really nicely done. Not too acidic. Chalky, earthy, fruity. Lots of malt and good attenuation. Not getting any real yeast signature. Just feels like a clean fruit beer. Or maybe the elderberry is masking the saison yeast. Whatever the case, I'll take vague yeast over crude yeast every day.
