The award-winning recipe by Łukasz Kantor that impressed the judges at the Polish Homebrewers Championship by Polskie Stowarzyszenie Piwowarów Domowych (PSPD).
A light saison gently hopped with American varieties in the kettle. Bottle-conditioned. Brilliantly peppery and fruity – just as a true saison should be. Packed with peach and apricot aroma. Complex in flavor, yet easy to enjoy.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma has dry cereal malts, light rustic grainy notes, and straw. Flavour is grainy and dry, with straw, rustic notes, and dry grains. Not much depth but it’s dry, clean and drinkable. Not bad.
