Sparkling, full juice wild fermented dry cider, no added sulphites, barrel aged, disgorged.
A complex, sparkling cider made from a blend of 75% Dabinett and 25% Colloggett Pippin. This is the same blend as our Gwella 2023, but was wild fermented in fresh Pinot Noir barrels for 11 months.
We get notes of subtle red berries and honeydew melon, with gentle yet gripping tannins to finish. This cider will pair beautifully with charcuterie, cheese; blue, sheep’s or burrata, and lamb or mushroom-based dishes. 750ml. 6.5%.

750ml bottle from Ripe. Golden colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, leather, funk. Taste is tangy, appley fruity, and leathery, funky, vanilla hint, with some bittersweet tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
