Sabertooth is a hazy Rye IPA that pours an opaque orange color into the glass. Our house yeast adds a soft and fluffy character to the malty spice from a rye-forward grain bill. Aromas of grapefruit, mango, and blood oranges greet the senses, while notes of pine resin and citrus peel linger on the palate from a dose of Warrior hop extract. The combination of sweet aromas and rye spice within a creamy body creates layers of flavor to sink your teeth into. Enjoy!

Can (10/23/25) from Steve. Opaque, milky, bright yellow, thin head with rings of lacing. Aroma is citrus, apricot, mild berry, light pine and rye spice. Taste is strong citrus, berry, pine, rye. Smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste. Nice fruit and rye addition.

Pours a hazy, lemon-banana yellow, with smallish head. Aroma is a mixture of juicy citrus and tropical fruit notes. Flavors follow, with a slight note of butterscotch in the finish. Mouthfeel seems a touch thin, more crisp and clean than soft and smooth. Mild hop bitterness in the finish.

Tewks draught, 10/28/25.
As pictured.
Some nutty rye with a hint of floral spice atop light white bread and honey-like malts. Pineapple, lime zest and light guava give a daze-like impression, otherwise. Clean and fruity with soft and juicy notes lingering alongside a touch of pine.
Soft and fluffy at first drying out and gaining a chewy, nuttiness. Light juice from citrus and tropical fruit. Light pine and healthy bitterness with great dryness and all around balance. Spice lingering long.
