A beer wine hybrid. Fresh wort was racked onto grape pomace, the skins
and seeds left from wine making. Primary fermentation carried out spontaneously on the skins. After one month the our house mixed culture was added.

Honey aromas, white grape, prosecco, light pineapple and lime flower, gentle dry acidic finish.

750ml bottle from Luvians St Andrews. It pours clear pale greenish - yellow with a spritzy, dissipating white head. The aroma is bright, zingy, tangy, crunchy white grape, must, gooseberry, lime sherbet, greengage, apple and dry oak. The taste is super crispy, bone dry, snappy, puckering, bright, tart, limey, gooseberry, tart white grape, must, sherbet, sour candy, soor plooms, hint of white wine vinegar and dry oak with a drying, puckering finish. Average body and fairly high, effervescent, prickly carbonation. Bright and puckering. Very wine line. Tasty.
