Draft at the source. Clear golden color, white edge head. Nice aroma of lightly burning straw and dustant lemons. Taste has biozy light smoke. Reduce the abv and you’d have an awesome subtle beer, but the booze overwhelms.

Growler: Hazy, light amber with a small off-white head. Sweet wood smoke, apple scent. Taste is red apple, ham, smoke..... Almost sticky in feel. Really good.

Draft (growler). Smoked ham, apple, and malt aroma. Golden yellow with small head. Moderately sweet fruity smoked meat, toffee malt, and mildly bitter herbal grass flavor. Good body. Very tasty.
