Draft at Churchkey as Uber Wit. Bar description says pink peppercorns and green tea as well as orange peel. Cloudy golden orange color. Aroma of sour orange, light tannins Taste is tart orange peel, subtle spice, more tannin. Interesting.

4 oz pour on draft at ChurchKey. Listed as Uber Wit with orange peel, pink peppercorns, and green tea per ChurchKey’s menu. Matches this description. Hazy orange with off-white head. Aromas of herbs, spices, tea, musty oak. Tastes of light tartness, stone fruit, herbs, wine, oak. Medium-light body with a dry finish. Tasty.

On tap at Blue Tractor. Pours a cloudy bright gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges quickly. Aroma has notes of sweet wheat, with light fruit and floral notes with a slight sour citrus. Flavor is similar with wheat throughout supported by light fruit, light spice and flora.
