The Nine Realms Ale Series is a limited-edition collection celebrating Brew York’s nine-year journey, with each release inspired by the realms of Norse mythology. In collaboration with Salt Beer Factory, we present Giants’ Wrath — a guava milkshake IPA inspired by Jotunheim, the realm of the formidable frost giants, where towering mountains and relentless blizzards define a wild, untamed land.
Bursting with crisp guava and refreshing tropical sweetness, this beer is layered with smooth vanilla and a touch of lactose for a luxuriously creamy body. A crisp hop bitterness provides balance, leading to a hazy, fruit-forward finish that’s every bit as bold and enduring as the giants themselves.

very hazy yellow, huge creamy milk foamy head.
aroma of lemon yoghurt or sour milk, or sour beer with a lot of lacto. Also fruity and exotic fruity notes. Perhaps they combine with the lacto and gives a sour milk sensation.
Flavor is sugary sweet, grassy, various kinds of fruity, vanilla, in fact a bit like a milkshake. no sour milky notes, the end is bitter in an intersting way, vanilla and grapefruit and cream mixed up. fairly sweet beer with both high sweetness and high tartness. unusual beer, even for a milkshake type ipa.

Let's See How Many Brew York Taproom Beers I Can Get Through Before The Train Home, Beer#8. Hazy golden coloured with tropical fruits in both aroma and taste on the sweeter side of things, projected through a good body. Lots of aroma.
