Mixed fermented red sour.

Aromas of burnt molasses and tart damsons invite you in for a mouth puckering sour. The taste is complex with more stone fruits and balsamic vinegar coming through with a robust woody tartness. The acidity soon mellows leaving an aftertaste of grape must and a dry mouthfeel. Fermented with Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Brettanomyces, Lactobacillis and Pediococcus blend.

On tap at Board Room Folkestone. Dark amber red russet colour thin head. Flemish red aroma. Dark cherries and Balsamic vinegar medium to building sourness. Not at Rodenbach grand cru level but pretty sour on the finish. Yep puckering. I'd like,a little more malt sweetness.
