We love so much the Gose style and replicated the delicate balance between the saltiness, slight sourness and maltiness of this brew. We also added lime peel and a touch of coriander to create a margarita effect to the beer, hence the Vamos a la playa reference.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours yellow with a slight haze and a smallish, rough, white head. Faint, lactic tartness in the nose. Medium body, an initial sweetness, then a slight lactic tartness and I believe I can even sense the salt. Light and refreshing and nothing much more. 110326
