Using ASB’s recommendations on yeast and process tweaks for this style, we are so pleased with how this beer came out. Orbital Oasis starts off with a tweaked water profile, a new (to us) yeast, and a Citra, Strata, and Mosaic hop bill. Aromas of citrus zest and pine lead to crisp flavors of dried orange peel, apricot fruit snacks, and gentle mango papaya with a resinous piney grass and an incredibly drinkable finish.

Can, from Climbing Wolf, Dobbs Ferry NY (Aug 2025). Pours clear pale golden with a foamy white head, citrusy aroma, high carbonation, medium bitter malty orange peel taste, faint alcohol undertones, thin body, long finish. Smooth WC IPA.
