Beer Lab for October 2025 is a series of beers with a cocktail theme, created in collaboration with Duck and Cover cocktail bar in Copenhagen. Each has been brewed with a different tincture made by Duck and Cover, yielding remarkable and singular flavours.
Choc 'n' Roll is a Chocolate Caraway Porter, featuring a caraway tincture from Duck and Cover, and cacao nibs soaked in rum. A complex malt bill provides a strong foundation for the flavours, despite the modest ABV.

Black Colour with small beige head.Aroma is sweet of chocolate and waffles nice toasted and roasted mouth feels not to sweet and nice we'll balanced and easy to drink.

On tap @ Mikkeller bar CPH airport. Black body under a small beige head. Nice strong chocolate aroma/flavor. Smooth dark malt, sweet bit not extremely sweet, quite balanced. Very good.
