Aroma of malt, bread, speculaas, shitloads of herbs. Flavour is malty and herbal, quite sweet, unsurprisingly. A bit too sweet for my taste. Still, not a bad brew.

Bottle at PRZH Winterbierfestival, Gouda: Copperbrown coloured sweet ale with hints of speculaas cookie(famous in the Netherlands).

Speculaas cookie aroma. Sweet speculaas flavor (cinnamon and cake dough). Malty. Thin to medium bodied. The flavor is good, the balance no more than OK.

Flesje gedeeld door Roelzie86 en gedronken met Tomhendriksen en Benzai. Amberkleurig bier met matig schuim. Geur en smaak van speculaas. Verrassend lekkere smaak. Nasmaak is iets bitter.

Fles gedeelt door Roelzie1986, geprobeerd met Inoven. Het is een roodbruin bier met een volle schuimkraag. Het heeft een speculaas geur. De smaak is speculaas achtig en kruidig.

Bottle at salthorse. Pours hazy orange, nose is banana, caramel, cinnamon, orange, taste is similar, little thin.

Bottle at salt horse... Hazy Amber.. Thin white lacing... Soft sweet funk. Mlight tart sour fruit nose. Soft sweet honey toffee fruit.. Light spice. Soft sweet toffee malts

(Draught at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 19 Feb 2016) Hazy amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty nose with biscuits, citrus peel, dried fruit and spices. Malty taste with notes of bread, biscuits, orange peel, cinnamon, bread spices, a touch of ginger and balanced spicy bitterness. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. On the sweet side, but tasty and spicy. Nice one.
