500 ml bottle purchased at Kittery, 7 Eleven. Bright hazy yellow color, soft carbonation. Didn’t know what to expect from this, purchased blind. And I will say it is an American wild / NOT outright sour. Aroma is dusty yeast, straw, musty basement, mild cheese.
Flavor has initial sweetness fading quickly to doughy yeast and musty basement. Hints of lemon and a touch of barnyard. Finish has subtle tartness. Medium in body with a lower carbonation level. I like how subtle this is, as I am not a fan of over the top sour or pucker. I enjoyed this a lot.

Pour is a thick looking fruit puree with a small white head. Aroma is a lactic tartness with fruit juice and bubblegum. Flavor is a pear juice with a bacterial tartness that is very minor. Finish has some mineral earthiness to it with a bitter finish. Pretty weird beer but I did like it. The fruit-tart bitterness combined with acid makes this flavorful and different.
