Capone’s, Norristown draught: Pours black with a creamy looking head. Aroma is chocolate milkshake. Taste is chocolate milkshake. I think that is all you need to know.

From tap. Pours dark brown to black with a creamy dense tan head. Aroma is roasted dark malty and slight vanilla. Vanilla, sweet, caramel and dark roasted malty. Smooth sweet and slight vanilla into the finish. Ends sweet.

Sampled on draft at Headkeepers this beer poured a black color with a small creamy beige head that lingered and left some lacing. The aroma was cola, vanilla and cream. The flavor was cream, vanilla, faint wood, nougat, faint coffee, cola and chocolate syrup. The finish was long with lingering cream, vanilla and coffee. Medium body and quite silky. Interesting. More cowbell!

A deep dark stout with a thick brown nitro head. In aroma, beautiful milk chocolate with light mineral notes. In mouth, a smooth and lightly creamy chocolate, a bit thin but good. On tap at PA Flavor, April 9th, 2011.

Draught at Prohibition Taproom. Dark with a super tight, creamy, beige head. Very Guinness like. Aroma of roasted malts, toasted malt, chocolate, and coffee. Smooth, velvety mouth. Full of chocolate, coffee, roasted toasty malt, light herbal notes, and sweet molasses. Mild bittersweet finish. Oh so delicious.
