On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear yellow gold with small frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is grass and earthy hop. Medium body, veggie, grass, earth, light bitterness, ok.

On tap at Saaz Monster at 6%, 35 IBU. Filtered orange-copper color. Foamy white head. Rather straightforward classic lager, nice Saaz feel but nothing "monstrous". Not really on par with a good German example. A touch grainy. OK.

Draft at the brewpub as "Saaz Monster." Pours a clear golden color with a large creamy tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of toasted caramel malts with lemony, spicy hops. The taste is big lemon hops, mild caramel malts. Medium bodied.

On tap at the brewpub. Comes in a pint glass looking like pineapple juice; almost opaque bright yellow with zero head. Nose is mild, light pepper, light yeast, light hops. Was supposed to be the 2nd hoppiest beer on the menu with 35IBUs. Flavor was bland, wet white bread, light yeast, fake lemon. Watery finish. Not a good start.

Sampled on draft at D’s in Monroeville this beer poured a dark golden color with a medium sized white head that faded and left no lacing. The aroma was tart, crisp, floral, grassy and a touch perfumey. The flavor was dry and bitter with lemongrass and perfume. The finish was long, dry and hoppy. Light body. Eh.

No visible co2 in this pale beer. Clean aroma with barely any smell. On the palate it is quite flat also. Quite strong pils bitter bite but it mellows as the session continues. Goes down fairly easy. Finish is OK with a mild medium noble hop linger that seems a little like chewing on an old rubber inner tube. On tap at the Works.
