A historic recipe brought to life: this Gose is aged for two years in barrels, brewed with fresh hops and red wine grapes. Juicy and drinkable, it pours a lovely, intense pink – a perfect blend of tradition, fruit, and refreshment.

0,75l bottle at home. Vintage 2023. BB 16.10.2030. pink lightly hazy color, Medium big white head. smells grapes, spices, earthy, flowery, berry notes. Very nice smell. full body, bubbly carbonation. tastes funky, grape notes, rose wine, some berry notes, earthy, flowery. finishes bubbly, lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of grapes, berry notes and earthy notes. Very nice one overall

Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy orange-pink, pinkish off-white head. Aroma: Red grape, minerally, light to moderate tart, salty hints and sweetish hints. Some tannins and oak wood. Medium body, average carbonation. Dry finish. Well balanced. Very nice.

Bottle sampled at Billies. Bit hazy deep pink. Sweet grapes, earthy, soft salt, wheat, light raspberries. Light sweet, sour and salty. Medium bodied.
