This is a pure bittersweet cider, fully fermented to dry and best served at cellar temperature with territorial cheeses, ham and mustard sandwiches and pickled eggs. This style of cider was traditionally drunk throughoutthe day on Somerset farms.

All of our fruit is hand picked from unsprayed, unfertilised traditional orchards. No additives. 750ml. 6.6%.

Draught at That Beer Place, Chester. Golden colour, thin white foam rim and aroma of apple, fruit, funk. Taste is tangy, tart, juicy, apple, fruits, barnyard funky, with drying bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, low soft carbonation, dry tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
