Brewed using Prima Donna (First Gold hops) from a hop growing collective in South East London, the hop bill topped up using freshly picked Challenger hops from Hukins Hops farm. Expect a really tasty, really traditional (in a light English bitter sense) brew, the hops are low in the mix with the freshness coming through clearly.

Cask at EBF Nov 25. Opaque amber. White head barely skims the surface. Aroma is tangy. Gooseberries with a malty edge. Flavourwise it is again gooseberry led. This dominates. Other facets struggle to make themselves know. Some underlying malts. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-average carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Sour bitter, yeah.
