Cask at EBF Nov 25. Opaque amber. White head barely skims the surface. Aroma is tangy. Gooseberries with a malty edge. Flavourwise it is again gooseberry led. This dominates. Other facets struggle to make themselves know. Some underlying malts. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-average carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Sour bitter, yeah.
