Reviewed from notes.
Can to tulip.
Appearance: dark amber cloudiness with a finger's worth of white foamy head which settled off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: light coriander, wet grains, mixed citrus peel, subtle orange pulpy scents; and a little bit of black pepper; some floral to hay-like notes further in the back
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a light peppery spicy tone to an underscored sweet citrusy tone; finishes semi-spicy with a light note of floral to citrusy character
Texture: light to medium bodied, somewhat sessionable, light smoothness but also a good deal of dryness on the tongue
Overall: she's a pretty dry saison that I "think" I could come back to.

Pours a hazyish amber from a tap. Yeasty floral aroma, some pine. Sweet and coriander in the mouth. Pretty good beer.

Can at Brian's
Hazy blond colour. Saison aroma, this clashes with the hop, that doesn't seem to be very bright. Moderate Saison character, strong coriander, some orange peel.
Ok beer, but not impressive.

Just a touch of haze. A bit of earthy/spicy hop - mosaic but I don't know. Not hitting. On the palate, sort of a celery note, with a light pale malt. Estery yeast character, and I'm not sure I like the way mosaic is playing with the esters.

16 oz. can, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out tropical dry hopping upfront, with rustic saison yeast and grainy cereal notes. Flavour is very cohesive and integrated, with rustic saison yeast, tropical fruity hopping, and crisp biscuity malt. The hops beautifully accentuate the base saison here, with no unpleasant estery notes or sweetness. Excellent.
