This special edition of Petite, our classic farmhouse beer, was brewed using whole cone Citra hops. After barrel ageing, we gave it a light dry hop with more Citra, to compliment the light spicing, gentle oak and light acidity of the beer.

Can. Rad Beer. Dirty hazed pale gold. Barely a head. Like Fergus I definitely get sour milk here. Weird. Some Citra. Not much else. Taste is sour and dry. Nah. Can’t drink it. Horrid.

Can at home picked up from HOTM. A hazed brushed golden orange coloured pour with a lasting rocky white head. Aroma is odd sour milk, apricot, sicky sour, butyric maybe? , tangerine, fuzzy apricot, farmhouse yeast. Flavour is composed of tangy peach, sour milk, grapefruit, tangy citrus. Palate is sour, tangy and prickly, grapefruit, abrasive, highish carbonation. Bit of a mess.
