RBU Collaboration # 2 is a celebration of the American IPA and since we're only brewing this beer once, we decided to make it unforgettable. Generously hopped with copious amounts of Amarillo, Simcoe and Centennial hops RBU Collaboration # 2 bursts with hop flavor and aroma. Meant to be enjoyed fresh. 32oz growler pours a clear gold with some spitty, white head. Nose has malt, pine, lemon, soap. Flavor is sweet, malty, lemon, orange, soap, pine. Sticky finish.

Growler at the Local DC Tasting. Yellow with off-white head. Aroams of lemon lime citrus, floral notes. Tastes of floral notes, citrus. Medium body with a dry finish.

32oz growler at the July DC tasting. Juicy. Lots of very pleasant hop notes. Almost sessionable if not for the 7% abv. Rating #7000!

From a bottle at the DC tasting July 10, 2016. Pours a clear gold with an off white head. Fruity nose. Flavors of spruce needles. Bitter finish.

Growler. Clear golden color, white head. Aroma of summer fruit. Taste is earthy bitter fruit with some subtle dank scallions. Very tasty. Thank you for making a clear IPA on the East Coast!

Big pine here. Golden amber pour with good head and lacing. Malty backbone. Good balance and nice all around. Bitter finish. Growler shared at tasting.
