Vari Gusti “varied tastes” is our layered, expressive take on a continental pilsner. Brewed with a blend of Weyermann Barke and classic pilsner malts, then single decocted for depth and smooth grain character. Hopped throughout the boil with Hallertau Mittelfrüh for a grounding herbal bitterness and soft floral tones.

In the whirlpool, French Mistral and German Saphir add elegant swirls of citrus blossom, white tea, and soft berry. A gentle dry hop of Mistral and Audacia lends an aromatic lift of wildflowers, melon rind, and subtle spice.

Fermented cold with our house lager yeast and lagered for seven weeks, Vari Gusti pours brilliantly bright, finishing crisp, refined, and quietly complex, each sip revealing something new.
