Appearance: transparent yellow in color with a quarter finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some mild lace
Aroma: semi-grassy, semi-floral to earthy hoppiness; light cracker malts
Flavor: low sweet maltiness with some light hoppy tones; finishes malty
Texture: light bodied, sessionable, pretty smooth along the tongue
Overall: nicely done Helles lager worthy of coming back to.

Clear golden pour with a sudsy white top. Nose is crackery and light florals. Tatses of sourdough, herbal, floral, hint of fruit. Clean and crisp. Tasty
