12oz bottle pours out a hazy straw color topped with a white head. Nose is light pineapple citrus and a nice brine salty notes. Taste is more of the light citrus sweet pineapple and ends well with the salt.

Bottle from Brewers Haven. Hazy pale golden body. Small wispy head. Musty aroma, kind of salty/ seawater. A little bit more citrus in the taste , coriander makes itself known. Minor saltiness at the finish. Muted pineapple, gentle gose.

Sampled on draft at 3R6P this beer poured a murky yellow color with a large foamy white head that left great lacing. The aroma was tart and sourish with cider vinegar, a hint of salt and faint pineapple. The flavor was dry, tart and chalky with coriander, a bit of pineapple, and yeast. Medium length finish. Medium body. Disappointing.

Bottle purchased at Bert’s Better Beers, Hooksett, NH. Color is a cloudy golden with huge foamy head that showed lacing down the sides of the glass. Aroma is raw pineapple, sour wheat and saline solution.

The fruit in the flavor is weak and comes off a tad artificial. If this has real pineapple puree, it still does not say, “natural” to my palate. The coriander is mild in the finish with salty hints after the swallow. This gose finishes dry and crisp. Just ok for me.

Bomber from Bine & Vine. Pours hazy pale gold with a white head. Aroma of freshish light fruit - could be pineapple. Salt? A hint? Coriander? Hmmm. Near med body. Flavor is pineapple, a slight sourness, then salt, and finally something that could be coriander or some greenish thing. It’s a bit astringent. Interesting how the flavors go in a series. Just when I think the salt is not the thing, the greenish flavor comes in to moderate it.
