Thank you! Sampled draft @ Kerstbierfestival Essen 2015. Hazy citrus, beautiful big creamy white head. Nose is very big yoghurt, odd, sugar, huge lemon sorbet, sweet mixed with the yoghurt, yeast. Taste is weird yoghurt, overly sweet lemon sorbet, citrus, floral, yoghurt yeast, white sugar, yeast. Very sugary & yoghurt heavy body. Very odd beer that is just too odd & far too milky yoghurt heavy and all of that coupled with sweet sorbet. Interesting but also too much & too interesting.

Sampled @ Kerstbierfestival Essen 2015. Clear yellow golden color, small white head. Aroma is lightly malts, a bit floral and a bit perfumy. Taste malts, a hint of floral hops and again a bit perfumy with a light bitterness. Decent body and carbonation. Ok beer.

Tap at the Essen Winter Beer Festival, 2015. Poured a hazy straw colour with a round white head. The aroma is creamy caramel tropical fruit with a light fruity yeast, hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. A big surprise and really rather nice.
