A collaboration with Lervig Brewery from Norway. This is a session-able sour beer, dry hopped with Equinox, Enigma and El Dorado. It also uses the Chorlton sour culture which gives a nice complex sourness.

Draft @ Bishops Arms Savoy, Malmö. Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity sour tart citrus aroma. Fruity sour tart citrus flavor. Has a fruity sour tart citrus finish.

Keg at the Hanging Bat. Pours hazy yellow with a thin white head. Aromas of light lemon, light funky sour, preserved lemons. Taste is light sour, light lemon. Clean finish.

Keg at Shilling, Glasgow. It pours hazy with a medium white head. The aroma is fresh, sprizty, lemon sherbet, lactic tang and gooseberry. The taste is crisp, tart, bright, big mouth - pucker, lactic acid, loads of grapefruit and waxy citrus peel with a dry, tart finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Decent sour.

Draft at North Bar Leeds. Cloudy yellow color with a bit of a pink hue. Aroma of lemon and subtle rhubarb. Taste is softly sour citrus. Refreshing.
