Sampled from bottle at ’Beertemple’ during Carnivale Brettanomyces 2016, courtesy of Travlr, thanks a lot! Slightly hazy, golden yellow with a white head. Sourish-fruity, slightly funky aroma of lemon, some rhubarb and gooseberry. Sourish-fruity, slightly funky taste of lemon, gooseberry, some rhubarb and a touch of quince, followed by a medium long, rather tart finish. Thin to medium body, rather astringent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!
