Chrysanthemum gose. A bright and juicy wheat ale perfumed with freshly-picked chrysanthemum flowers. Brewed with 55% wheat, soured in our horizontal lacto tank. Lightly hopped with azacca, seasoned with coriander and spiked with sea salt.

Sampled at the brewery pours a clear gold with a ring of white head. Nose is bright with flowers and tea and lemon, briny character. Flavor is tart with lemon and salt, some flowers, some tea, a little floral tea. Tart finish. Solid.

Draft at the source. Hazy to cloudy yellow color, creamy white head with solid lacing. Floral citrus aroma. Taste is softly sour lemon. Delicate and tasty.
